Presentation
To ensure your home is presented in the best possible way, we employ the services of a professional photographer to show every aspect of the property, including the surrounding area, providing the attention to detail your home deserves.
Aerial photography is also a possibility. 

Sales strategy
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. We can employ the services of a stylist to optimize the presentation of your home during visits of potential buyers.

Networking / Customer database
Exclusiv’ Home is in close cooperation with several real estate companies. We also have a list of a select group of potential buyers looking to purchase a home in the top end of the market. We maintain contact with multinational companies, governmental organisations, international institutions who need to relocate their personnel and help them to acquire a suitable home in Belgium. This group of potential buyers will be approached discretely and  can be invited to visit the properties.
